SkillS4i allows anyone, anywhere, to create and share educational courses as well as to upload and share contents (Contributors) and to enroll in such courses as well as download such contents (Users).
In view of this, we need rules that guarantee the security of the platform and services for you, for us and for our community. These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all activities you perform on the SkillS4i website.
To perform most of the activities on our platform, you need to have an account. When you set up and manage your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid e-mail address, and always keep it updated. You have full responsibility for your account and for everything that happens on your account, including any damage caused to us or to third parties caused by the use of your account by third parties without your authorization. This means that you must be extremely careful when managing your password. You cannot transfer your account to third parties or use the account of third parties without their authorization. If you contact us to request access to an account, this access will be provided only if you are able to provide us with the relevant login credentials. In case of death of the user, his account will be closed.
If you share your account login credentials with third parties, you are responsible for actions taken on your account and SkillS4i will not intervene in disputes between Contributors and Users who have shared account login credentials. If you find out that other people are using your account without your authorization or if you suspect a security breach has occurred, you must notify us immediately by sending an email to [email protected]. We may request some information to confirm that you are actually the account holder.
Users must be 18 or older to create an account on SkillS4i and use its Services.
Under our Contributors Agreement, you will need to verify your identity before authorizing you to submit a course for publication on SkillS4i.
You can close your account at any time.
2. Enrollment in the courses
Under our Contributors Agreement, when Contributors publish a course on SkillS4i, they grant SkillS4i a license to offer a license for the User course. This means that we have the right to sublicense to the Users the course they enroll in.
As an User, when you sign up for a course, free or paid, you receive a license from SkillS4i to view the course through the SkillS4i platform. The courses are therefore granted under license, not sold. The license does not give you any right to resell the course in any way, including sharing account information with a buyer or illegal course download and sharing on torrent sites.
Generally, we grant our Users an access license limited to 180 days when they sign up for a course. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use the courses at any time if we decide or are obliged to disable access to a course for legal or corporate policy reasons, for example if the course in which you registered were subject to a complaint for copyright infringement. The access is not applicable to additional features and services associated with a course. For example, a Contributor may decide at any time not to provide further support for teaching or question and answer services in relation to the course. In other words, the access is referred to the course content, not to the Contributor.
Contributors may not license their courses directly to a User and any direct licenses will be void and constitute a violation of these Terms.
3. Purchase of downloadable contents
When a Contributor publishes content on SkillS4i, he grants SkillS4i a license to sell the content to its users.
Contributors cannot contact the Users directly for the sale of content published in other ways. Such use is considered fraudulent and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Contributors cannot contact the Users directly for the sale of content published in other ways. Such use is considered fraudulent and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
4. Payments, credits and refunds
Product prices on SkillS4i are set based on the terms indicated in the Contributors Agreement.
We regularly offer promotions and offers for our products and certain courses and downloadable contents are available at discounted prices only for a set period of time. The price applicable to a product will be the one in effect at the time of purchase (checkout).
When you use your account, the price offered for a particular course or downloadable content may be different than that offered to users who are not registered or who have not logged in because some of our promotions are only available to new users.
Euro is the only currency visible. We do not allow users to view prices in other currencies.
When making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If the payment method you have chosen does not work, but you still have access to the course you registered for, you agree to pay SkillS4i the corresponding amounts within thirty (30) days of our notification. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received appropriate payments.
4.3 Repayments and receivables
If the course you purchased is not the expected one or not according to the description, you can request SkillS4i, within 5 days of purchase, a credit / refund on your account. We reserve the right to apply a credit or refund, at our discretion, based on the capabilities of our payment processing partners. No credit or reimbursement is due if this is requested after the deadline of the 5 days money-back guarantee has expired.
To request a credit / refund, contact us at [email protected]. As described in detail in the Contributors Agreement, Contributors agree that Users are entitled to receive these credits or refunds.

You cannot access or use the Services or create an account for illegal purposes. Your use of the Services and your behavior on our platform must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations in your country. It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to you.
If you are a User, the Services allow you to ask questions to the Contributors and to publish reviews on the courses. For certain courses, the Contributor invites you to send content such as exercises or tests. Do not post or post content that is not yours.
If you are a Contributor, you can send courses to be published on the platform and communicate with the Users who have enrolled in your courses. In both cases, you must respect the law and the rights of others; you may not post courses, questions, answers, reviews or other content that violates local or national laws or regulations in your country. You are solely responsible for the courses and content you post and for the actions you take through the platform and the Services, as well as their consequences. Make sure you understand all the copyright restrictions indicated in the Contributors Agreement before submitting any course to be published on SkillS4i.
If we learn that your course or content is in violation of the law or the rights of third parties, for example, if it is established that they infringe the intellectual property rights or image of third parties or are used for illegal activities, or if we believe that your content or your behavior is unlawful, inappropriate or questionable (for example in the case of appropriation of the identity of third parties), we may remove your content from our platform. SkillS4i respects copyright laws. See our Intellectual Property Policy for more information.
We may revoke or suspend your authorization to use our platform and our Services or block your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms in case of non-payment of the sums due, at the request of the order or government agencies, for prolonged periods of inactivity, due to unexpected technical problems or in the case of suspected participation in fraudulent or illegal activities.
At the time of termination we can delete your account and your content and prevent you from making further access to the platforms and using our Services. Your content may still be available on the platforms even if your account is terminated or suspended. You agree to release SkillS4i from any liability to you or to third parties for closing your account, removing your content or blocking your access to our platforms and our Services.
In the event that one of our Contributors has published contents that violate your copyright or trademark rights, please let us know. Under our Contributors Agreement, we require our teachers to abide by the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. For more information on how to send us a report of copyright or trademark infringement, please see our Intellectual Property Policy.
6. SkillS4i Rights on the content you post
The contents you publish as a Contributor or User remain your property. By publishing courses and other content, you allow SkillS4i to reuse and share them but you do not lose any ownership rights that you may have on such content. Make sure you understand the license terms of the courses that are described in detail in the Contributors Agreement.
When you post comments, questions and reviews and send your ideas or suggestions about new features or improvements, you authorize SkillS4i to use and share such content with third parties, distribute it and promote it on any platform and by any means and make the changes it deems necessary. In legal terms, by sending or posting content on or through our platforms, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish , transmit, display and distribute your content using all existing or future media or distribution methods. This includes the possibility of making your content available to other companies, organizations or people who collaborate with SkillS4i for the dissemination, transmission, distribution or publication of content on other media. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, powers and authorities necessary to authorize us to use any content you submit to us. You also agree that all uses of your content are free of charge, without claiming any form of remuneration.
